Start the new year off right with apple muffins for breakfast!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups apples – peeled and chopped
Directions:
- MIX ingredients together
- SCOOP into muffin tins
- SPRINKLE with cinnamon & sugar
- BAKE at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
